The solution:

So Cloudbridge worked with us to develop two comprehensive go-to-market strategies, one for our positioning in the logistics industry market and the other for our product: an Intelligent Document Processing Solution (IDP) that automates business processes and helps companies manage their document overload.

As far as our final positioning in the logistics industry is concerned, this was achieved, among other things, by developing effective and industry-specific blueprints that helped us to generate leads. Thanks to our lead management, we are now able to successfully qualify the leads we have gained and strengthen customer loyalty.

That the second campaign to market our product was successful is clear from the results: after intensive preparation, we achieved 29 leads, 45 interactions, 880 clicks and over 172,000 impressions within one and a half months of campaigning.

The special thing about Cloudbridge:

The intensive cooperation with our partners at Cloudbridge surprised us. Because until now we were advised by agencies whose approach was mostly impersonal and non-transparent – there were far too many contact persons, no targeted support. This time, the opposite was the case: not only were projects approached in a very structured and organised way, we were supported by an effective and very flexible team that always had an open ear and promptly found a solution to any problems that arose. Every meeting was extremely well prepared, time was used highly efficiently – after all, every minute counts in a rollout.
